Background

Maggie DiVita brings extensive experience in health analytics and academia to 91社区. She joins the faculty from SUNY Cortland, where she served as a Professor of Public Health Science, Healthcare Administration, and Human Services. Before her academic tenure, she was a Senior Research Analyst for the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation (UDSMR)鈥攖he world's largest data repository for Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRFs). 

Her research leverages large-scale datasets to analyze healthcare outcomes for vulnerable populations, including those with stroke, cancer, and HIV/AIDS. An expert in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Big Data analytics, DiVita鈥檚 work informs quality of care measurement, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid policy management, and the reduction of health disparities.
