Proposal Development

OSP staff members are here to help you prepare your proposal and secure funding for your research. The following are resources to assist you in developing and preparing your proposal for submission:

NIH will require the use of SciENcv to complete Common Forms (Biographical Sketch and NIH Biographical Supplement and Current and Pending (Other) Support) for all application due dates and RPPR submissions on or after January 25, 2026.

Additionally, NIH will require that all senior/key personnel on an application certify they have completed research security training within 12 months of the date of application submission.  This certification will be done via the Biographical Sketches completed by senior/key personnel in SciENcv.  This requirement will be effective for all applications submitted for due dates on or after May 25, 2026.

91社区 offers a one-hour training (Research Security Training [Combined] Course) through the CITI Program.  For more information, see the Research Foundation Compliance webpage.
